Aikss… How can that be, that’s really unfair! We are the first in Malaysia to withdraw with it(obviously as we are the first that tested with it) but we didn’t get the money! We couldn’t get the money in even though the transaction is completed in Paypal(as shown in Paypal) and RM1 deducted in our bank account! Now Paypal haven’t refund the money to us. Many bloggers also face the same problem as us.
Here’s the reply we got from Paypal previously when we asked them to refund, got it on the 18th October 2007:
Dear CHIN, Thank you for contacting PayPal. We regret the delay in responding to your service request. This is your confirmation that we will request a stop payment on the withdraw fund you requested on Sep. 28, 2007, in the amount of $62.00. When we have received confirmation from our bank that the stop payment has been confirmed, we will reverse the funds back into your PayPal Account.
Once the funds have been reversed, you may use these funds to send a payment, request another check from PayPal, or request an electronic funds transfer to your bank account. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter, andwish you continued success on PayPal.

Then now! Aceone actually go the money already! This is really not quite right. The rate Aceone got from it is 3.299999… This is actually better compare to the usual way which we usually used to get our Paypal money(cannot tell you how :P).
So now? I don’t know how to update the list of Credit & Debit Cards For Malaysians Paypal Withdrawal…
We called up the bank already and guess what?!?!!? The previous girl said cannot be used with Paypal, then the other girl now said that it can be done. We told her that there’re already people who got their fund in already and it took about 7 days only, she was shocked! Summore we can be considered the first to do it and we didn’t get our money. Then she said they need to wait Paypal to bank-in money to them but why no money bank in to us?!?!? Hopefully they will let us know the latest status soon.
GRRR!! So angry now! Better release my stress go shopping for picture frames

Whoops. Mebbe it wasn’t a good idea to email you ~_~” Lol. Anyway, I think you might need to call them to release that funds to you. Either that the card doesn’t accept charge back, thus the RM1 got deducted. Anyway, I think maybe they managed to do something to it so now at least it can be done

Called them already, they need to check again but I would rather ask Paypal to refund now and start it all over because already accumulate more money already, don’t care about that RM1 anymore. The problem now is that even Paypal haven’t refund the money yet. -.-’

This is my assumption. I might be wrong. I think the problem is at Paypal’s banker. Maybe they are the one is holding the money too long.
